Russians attacked Konotop in Sumy Oblast

A total of 14 people have been injured as a result of a Russian strike on energy facilities and civilian infrastructure in the city of Konotop in Sumy Oblast.

As of 08:00, 14 civilians have sought medical assistance following the attack, with significant damage reported across the area. Seven apartment blocks, a residential building, a medical facility, an educational institution, three cars, a garage cooperative, a shop, and the premises of a banking institution have all been affected.

Russian forces struck a residential area in Kharkiv on the afternoon of September 12, damaging over 15 houses. Fortunately, there were no immediate casualties reported. However, two women and a child were later rescued from under the rubble. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov confirmed that the attack involved FAB-250 guided aerial bombs, causing significant destruction in the densely populated district. Four individuals suffering from acute stress reactions sought medical assistance following the attack.

Russians attack energy infrastructure in six Ukrainian oblasts over past 24 hours

On September 11, Russian forces targeted civilian energy infrastructure across multiple regions in Ukraine, including Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv oblasts.

In Donetsk Oblast, a Russian strike damaged a substation, leading to power outages for several substations and household consumers, with partial power restoration achieved. In Sumy Oblast, a drone attack disrupted power at a substation and severed overhead power lines, affecting both household and industrial consumers. Similarly, in Chernihiv Oblast, bombardments caused power outages that were later restored using a backup system. Additionally, an explosive device was discovered and safely disposed of at a substation in Kyiv Oblast during an inspection.
